Certified Manufacturing Facility Becomes Operational
Our certified manufacturing facility in Chennai became fully operational, supporting critical production and quality processes, including incoming inspection using profile projection, precision assembly, ultrasonic cleaning, functional testing, sterilization, and comprehensive quality verification through both in-house systems and accredited external laboratories.
This facility forms the foundation of our manufacturing excellence, ensuring every product delivered to surgeons and hospitals meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and reliability.

Expanding Our Clinical Portfolio
VCSmed India significantly expanded its portfolio to support the complete spectrum of neurosurgical care, orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, and advanced pain management. New technologies introduced included:

Manufacturing Excellence Recognized
Following comprehensive audits, facility inspections, product evaluations, and regulatory assessments, VCSmed India successfully achieved ISO 13485:2016 certification and received the CDSCO Manufacturing Licence (MD-7).
These milestones reflect our commitment to manufacturing medical devices that comply with internationally recognized quality management systems and Indian regulatory requirements, ensuring consistent product quality, patient safety, and clinical reliability.
